The Kaneland
Cross Country Teams are hosting a pair of exciting races for every member of
the family. A trick or treat run with our friendly zombies sharing treats to
participants in grades Kindergarten to 5th will begin at 5:20. Younger children may dress up and walk or run for treats from our team. As the sun sets, the “Run for Your Life” race
will begin at 6:00pm. Flagged runners will try to elude the grasp of our
zombies. Survivors will compete for
awards of medals and ribbons.

K to 5th Grade Trick or Treat Run
(short
course)

Elementary, Middle
School, HS and Adult “Run for Your Life”
(1.2 miles)

Format:
|
Walking Zombies passing out treats to
runners, for fun! No chasing. Kids may run through course.
|
Chasing Zombies try to steal flags of
participants covering the 1.2 mile course.

Registration: 4:00-5:40pm

Trick
or Treat Run begins at 5:20pm

“Run
for Your Life” begins at 6:00pm

YOU CAN REGISTER AT THE EVENT! Just come at least 20 minutes before your preferred race.
*Race
participants will assemble at the registration tent near the varsity softball
diamond.
